Management and Information systems :- Lecture Reflection: We had a guest lecture after our easter break and the topic that we have discussed about is known as Sustainability & Business in the 21st Century. This topic although involves various topics and sub topics. Therefore it focuses on reduction of wastage of important resources and types of energy. The topic that had me thinking and really had an impact on me is reducing electricity and gas as during my childhood I saw how people wasted electricity when not in use and leaving the fans and lights in  home etc.I thought this topic is really interesting and how countries should actually start saving electricity and gas is really helpful. How lsbu is reducing its consumptioin in both these areas is also quite remarkable.Investing in new lighting, boilers and building systems and hence has reduced its total usage by 40% . Group work reflection: During the easter vacation we decided to have  a meeting and had a group discussion about where to shoot the video and the booking of the room in perry library. we discussed the points and the way the presentation has to be carried out in the video. Secondly we have discussed about the time management about how we should do a 20 minute video and the number of slides and the time that has to be taken be each and every member of the group. Hence to make sure each and everyone of us is equally responsible and work. Lastly, we had a decided the date the video could be recorded according the availability of the group members.
