Lecture Reflection:

This week , we've learnt about the business models in the digital world.

The thing I thought that helped me and struck my mind is the 5 types of organizational strategies which are a)OLCL Strategy, FLC Strategy , BD Strategy , FD Strategy & BCP Strategy .

I like how these strategies work for a company to gain more competitive and sustain the organization. This helped me gain more knowledge as in future I'd like to start a salon as a sole owner then these strategies would help me sustain in hard times and would always help stay organized and would help me keep low costs and always try out different ideas for my organization.

Seminar Reflection:

Today, In the seminar session of the class we've worked on the excel sheet we've made a pivot table and how to use the insert tab and arrange the data properly and we've arranged different coloumns and rows with the help of pivot table fields. This was east to put in data and I'm really glad I've learnt something new and how to arrange data which I could use in the near future to organise and store data in the pivot table format more easily and without wasting time.

Group Work Reflection:

We've discussed in group and shown each other the slides we've made and Ms. Susie checked and asked about the slides the different problems and she was quiet impressed with it. The left over slides will be done by two of the members and when the presentation is done then we would book a room to film the video by next week.
